We grow our microgreens without harvesting them. You get to harvest and enjoy the freshest possible quality at your disposal. Known as a biogenic food product, you'll be consuming living plants with bio-active enzymes unlike microgreens which have already been harvested for hours if not days before consumption. Plants begin to degenerate as soon as they're harvested which comes at a cost to their rich nutritional density. We grow in coconut coir to minimize food contamination risks so that you can safely keep your microgreens in your kitchen either for restaurant businesses or at home.
